Lohai Shodan Shito Ryu Kata video
We train regularly with, Shito Ryu master, akio Minakami 8th Dan. His instructor was the late Soke Teruo Hayashi 10th Dan. Lohai shodan is one of the karate kata he taught us on one of his many UK visits. Performed by Zanshin Karate Dojo senior black belt, James Towle.

Niseishi karate kata
Niseishi karate kata. The similarities to the shotokan kata, nijushiho, are clear for all to see. Niseshi is a very nice kata with shorter stances and has neko ashi dachi (cat stance), instead of kokutsu dachi (back stance).
