Kihon Combination 2.Yoko-geri-kekomi, gyaku-zuki, mawashi-geri, ushiro-mawashi-geri (used as a take down), gyaku-zuki.

Hi, Just found this site two days ago and to say it is very good is not doing it any justice. Could any body advise if the site contains any way of improving side kicks ?
I need serious help with this area of improvement.

We are always open to suggestions as to creating new content. We do have a few side kick resources (listed below), but what we will do, is put together a side kick training video.
Because we are very busy, the video may be a few weeks away, so i hope this is ok.
